Whatever you may believe, your soul is eternal (this means your soul will exist forever and ever and ever). In fact, right this minute, as you read this blog post, you are, and always have been an eternal being. You have a soul and a spirit. When you die, you (all of us) will simply take our last breath in this realm of reality and our next breath in another dimension of reality. We will all live on in eternity being exactly the identity we are now. You will not be reincarnated into a frog or a turtle or a horse or into any other created thing. You will be YOU—Steve, Charlie, Susie, Mark, Bonnie, Margaret—you get the picture.

You know don’t you, that Hell was not created for us? The Bible is clear. God created Hell for the Devil and his demonic angels. The only way we can be sent there is by rejecting Jesus Christ and His free gift of pardon. This is good news because it means that we don’t have to go there. It is a very real place. Jesus said: I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No man comes to the Father, but by Me. –John 14:6

Now there are those out there that don’t believe in a darn thing, or at least they say they don’t. But when it comes right down to it–when all in–everyone, everywhere believes in something. There are all kinds of labels…the atheists, the agnostics, the lukewarm, the unbelievers, the apostates and everything in between. The bottom line: if you are a friend of the World, you are an enemy of God’s. Not my words–HIS.

The world is a screwed up place and getting worse by the day. Satan is the Prince of the Power of the Air. He is the Father of lies and deception. Ephesians 6:12, says: We fight not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Like many, I was once one of those that didn’t believe in anything, especially not in God. Jesus was nothing more than a myth or a really great guy who walked the earth 2000 years ago. The Bible was nothing more than a few interesting but preposterous stories that I heard a few times in Sunday school as a kid. I was too caught up in the things of this World to take notice of Jesus and who He really was and is and forever shall be—fully God and fully man…which is exactly what Satan wanted. It was Satan’s plan from Genesis 1 and 1 that I should forever belong to him and for all my life he and his demons have been working to that end. Satan comes to kill, steal and destroy–that’s his game plan for all of us.

Let’s face it, there are colossal and mind-boggling problems in this world and they are increasing exponentially with no one (and I mean no single human) to solve them, save Jesus Christ. This is also Satan’s plan. People across the globe are suffering and that’s an understatement. They cry for peace, but there is no peace! You don’t have to be a believer in Jesus, God, or the Bible, to know that something is wrong–very, very wrong. Even secular society is wondering and wringing their hands about what all the global unrest means.

As much as the U.S. Government would have us believe its propaganda of an improved economy and a better and safer world, things are changing rapidly and not for the better.

And when you drill down to people’s personal lives, there are many individuals, families, relationships that are completely broken and shattered—many are in desperation, without hope, and all blindly searching for happiness — that illusive and fleeting feeling of well-being. Satan is counting on you buying into his lies and deception–that you can have happiness if only you had __________ (just fill in the blank).
